Mini Golden Doodles
Updated: March 25, 2025
We have not had a litter in two years and decided now would be a good time to retire from dog breeding. Providing outstanding puppies demands a lot of attention and energy. We are in our 70's and life brings new challenges with aging. So moving forward, when you are looking for a breeder to get a puppy here are a few tips we offer in your search. Dam and Sire DNA tested for genetic issues. Puppies are well kept and in a clean environment. Puppies get early development training such as Biosensor training as well as desensitization to environmental noises especially fireworks. Puppies leave at 8 weeks NOT 6. Most of our puppies already have tentative homes before they are born. Its very rare that we have to advertise because we have a wait list. To get on the wait list, please go to the contact page. No puppies are available at the moment. Current breeding schedule - subject to change:
Our early development program includes: - Biosensor training (early neuro-development program) - Exposure to environmental noises with a focus on fireworks and thunderstorms - Commence basic manners - Initiate housebreaking (modified Misty method) - Introduce crates and grooming This is all lovingly done with the goal to produce a smarter, well-adjusted dog - a quality canine companion. Puppies are Vet checked and first vaccinations given prior to going to their new homes. They will be dewormed twice; and go with a health record as well with a piece of fabric with mom's scent on it to help soften the transition from our home to yours. |

Our breeding canines are genetically screened. Plus, our girls get prenatal vitamins and we generally breed our females every other heat cycle instead of every six months. We feel it gives them a longer time to recuperate, to regain their health and stamina from having a litter of puppies. Because of this approach, our litters are fewer than what other breeders may provided.
Our puppies get individual attention and participate in an early development program. Early neuro-stimulation (Biosensor training) results in: a more stress tolerant dog; a better sense of well being; builds trust; and helps promote a well rounded dog. This sets up the ground work for early socialization. As part of desensitization to every day sounds, we play Calm Pet CD so the puppies can get use to hearing everyday noises and fireworks/thunderstorms. The goal here is to decrease the stress they might endure from being overly stimulated.
Our method of setting up their environment and frequent interaction with the puppies takes advantage of innate canine instincts and builds on reinforcing behavior.
